Talk to a Dentist Tonight — No Office Visit Needed

See Dr. Anand by video from home, any hour. Book a video visit for:

  • Tooth pain — what is causing it and what to do tonight
  • A second opinion on a treatment plan from another office
  • Swelling, a broken tooth, or a lost filling or crown
  • Whether your problem needs to be seen in person, and how urgently
  • Costs and options before you commit to treatment
How It Works

Book, Pay, Connect — In That Order

Payment first is intentional: it locks in Dr. Anand's time and lets the front desk send you the correct video link for the platform you chose.

  1. 1

    Call to schedule

Ring (908) 800-7600. The front desk takes a brief history, agrees a time, and chooses your video platform — Doxy.me (HIPAA-compliant, no download) or WhatsApp (not HIPAA-secure; requires a written consent form).

  2. 2

Pay the $150 fee by Zelle

Open your banking app, choose Zelle, and either scan the QR code below or send to dentalesllc (recipient: DENTALES LLC). Put your name + appointment date in the memo so we can match your payment.

    Send Zelle to
    dentalesllc
    Recipient: DENTALES LLC
    Amount: $150.00
Memo: Your name + appointment date

Zelle transfers are typically instant and cannot be reversed once sent — please double-check the recipient name reads DENTALES LLC before confirming.

  3. 3

    Receive your video link

Once payment lands, the front desk sends the video link by text to (201) 895-5300 or email — whichever you prefer. Doxy.me opens in your browser; WhatsApp opens in the app.

If you chose WhatsApp, you can preview the connection using the button below once your appointment is scheduled.

  4. 4

    Meet Dr. Anand by video

Typical follow-up runs 15–20 minutes. Have good light on the area you want to show, a charged phone, and any prescription bottles nearby. If in-person care is needed after the call, the front desk schedules the visit at no additional consultation charge.

Already paid and chose WhatsApp? Open the chat below to reach Dr. Anand at (347) 561-0070 and confirm you are ready.

WhatsApp is not HIPAA-secure. You must have signed the WhatsApp consent form the front desk sent you before using this option. If you did not sign, please use Doxy.me instead.

Common Questions

Video Follow-Up FAQ

Do I need an in-person visit before a video visit?
No. You can book a video visit without coming in first, even if you have never been seen here. If your problem needs X-rays or a hands-on look, Dr. Anand will tell you on the call and get you into the office.
How much does it cost and what does the fee cover?
The video follow-up fee is $150 flat, paid by Zelle to DENTALES LLC before the appointment. The fee covers Dr. Anand's time on the call regardless of the outcome. If you need to come in for hands-on care after the call, that visit is scheduled and billed separately at office rates.
What video platform will we use?
Two options, and you choose:
  • Doxy.me — HIPAA-compliant medical video platform, opens in any browser, no download or account required. Recommended.
  • WhatsApp — convenient, but not HIPAA-secure. Requires signing a written consent form acknowledging the reduced privacy protection before we connect.
Why do I pay before the appointment instead of after?
Payment first locks in Dr. Anand's time and lets the front desk send the correct video link for your chosen platform. Because Zelle transfers are irreversible, we ask you to send only after the appointment time is confirmed by phone.
What if the video call doesn't work?
If we cannot connect within 10 minutes of your appointment time, the front desk will call you at the number on file to reschedule at no additional charge or, if you prefer, refund your $150 by Zelle. Technical failure on our end is our problem, not yours.
Can Dr. Anand prescribe medication over video?
Often yes — antibiotics for an infection, for example. Stronger pain medications need an in-office visit first. Dr. Anand will tell you on the call what he can send to your pharmacy.
Does insurance cover the video follow-up fee?
Most PPO plans do not currently reimburse dental telehealth. The $150 flat fee is a private-pay arrangement. If your plan does reimburse, we will provide a superbill you can submit yourself.
